_{Special Interests / Scope of Practice}

Circus Performance

_{I have been performing since I was 11 and it is a large part of my life. I am currently rehabbing my aerial skills but can 3 ball juggle, walk on stilts and base some acrobalance. I am happy to consult on aerial routines for performance advice, consult on circus and accessibility, and teach basic circus skills.}

Stage & Production Management

_{I have recently graduated from Guildhall School of Music and Drama with a BA(Hons) in Production Arts – Stage Management. I have a keen interest in working backstage on fringe theatre and circus performances as I grew up watching shows in the London Mime Festival.}

Show Development / Creation

_{I have developed a love for Show Creation, Development and R&D pre production and rehearsal periods. I found this love when I went to work with the circus hub in Wellington, New Zealand, and was able to develop two concepts into shows that are launching this year and early 2025.}

About Me

_{My name is Alec Schneider and I am a recent graduate from Guildhall School of Music and Drama with a BA(Hons) in Production Arts – Stage Management. I’ve been involved with circus in one form or another since I was four 1/2 years old and would love to stay involved as it such a big part of my life.}

_{I studied at the BRIT School, where I got a UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma in Production Arts – Stage Management and have only felt more and more at home backstage since. I am interested in working backstage in circus, making theatre more accessible to both the audience and the company, and fleshing out a show concept into a developed production.}

_{I enjoy working at height, doing technical fit ups, making things with my hands, as well as doing a Stage Management role. I am committed to creating a healthy team dynamic and work environment, and have been described as motivated, determined, collaborative and eager to learn.}
